The current training aims on the fabrication of Polymers Composites, impart an understanding of the reinforcements and matrices, manufacturing science, and selection of appropriate fabrication techniques. The training will cover the basic nature of different polymers and their comparative properties, classification of reinforcement materials and their processing techniques, and various fabrication techniques of polymeric composites such as Open Molding, Resin Infusion, Extrusion, Thermoforming, Compression molding, etc. The fundamental concepts and classification of composite materials, various issues, challenges, and opportunities in the processing of polymer composites will also be explained.

A course may be canceled or delayed by CCPD if there are insufficient registrations or unavoidable emergencies arise. In this situation, the institution will reimburse the registration fee but will not cover any further costs.

Assistant Professor / Chairman
He got his doctoral degree from National Textile University in 2018. The focus of his research was the fabrication of particle loaded fiber reinforced polymer composites using liqiuid composite molding process. He has published more than 50 research articles in impact factor journals, and edited 2 books with international publishers. He is currently working as Assistant professor/Chairman in the Department of Materials. His research areas include Composite Materials, Functional Composites, Green composites, Residual stresses, Fluid flow, Woven reinfrocements, 3D shaped/multilayedred structures, Auxetic materials and Finite element analysis. His industrial and teaching career spans over 11 years.
