The Fashion Design Department of the National Textile University (NTU) Karachi Campus successfully organized the Graduation Show for the Batch of 2020-2024 on September 10 and 11, 2024, at the Ahmed Parvez Art Gallery, Arts Council Karachi. This event marked the culmination of the students' academic journey, providing them with a platform to present their thesis projects, showcasing their creative and technical expertise.

The Graduation Show was inaugurated by Mr. Iftikhar Qureshi, Director Sooraj Cotton Mills accompanied by Dr. Khalid Pasha, Director, NTU-Karachi Campus and Dr. Muhammad Ayyoob, Head of the Department of Textile and Clothing.

The thesis projects covered diverse themes, reflecting the students' innovative approaches to fashion design, textile development, and trend forecasting. The exhibits demonstrated a high level of creativity, originality, and technical skill, highlighting the comprehensive education provided by NTU.

The event drew a wide range of visitors, including industry professionals, educators, and fashion enthusiasts. Notable attendees included Mr. Hazim Bangwar, Assistant Commissioner, Mr. Kishore Makhija CEO of KK Makhija, Ms. Hafsa AQ, CEO of HAQ Tycoon Group, Mr. Abdul Raqeeb, Textile Designer, Gul Ahmed, Mr. Farrukh Shahab, Chairman of the Fine Arts Committee at ACIAC, Mr. Yasir Iqbal Director, TEP Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Aarij Iqbal, CEO Alpha Penta Pvt. Ltd and several other prominent figures from the fashion and textile sectors. They praised the quality of work and expressed admiration for the emerging talent on display.

The Graduation Show provided a platform for students to demonstrate their achievements and reaffirmed NTU-Karachi Campus reputation in fashion and textile education.
