The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the National Textile University (NTU), Karachi Campus successfully completed the Self-Assessment (SA) process (Cycle III) for the Bachelor of Fashion Design (BFD) program on January 05, 2026, in the conference room of NTU, Karachi Campus.

The Self-Assessment Report (SAR) was prepared in accordance with the Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) as per QAA-HEC's PSG-2023 Quality Assurance Framework.

The Assessment Team (AT) comprised of Mr. Muhammad Umer Rehman, Adjunct Faculty, Department of Fashion Design, Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, Karachi as an external reviewer and the other AT evaluator, Mr. Muhammad Saqib, Lecturer, School of Arts and Design, National Textile University, Faisalabad. The assessment team evaluated the program according to HEC’s prescribed PREE Self-Assessment Criteria and recommended improvements accordingly.
