On Thursday, 14 May 2026, the Fashion Design Program at National Textile University successfully organized a crochet workshop titled “Threads and Loops”. The workshop was organized by Miss Hina Zehra for the students of 4th Semester, Fashion Design Program.

The session was conducted by Mr. Abdul Haseeb Sheikh (Textile Designer), who introduced students to the fundamentals of crochet techniques through interactive learning and practical engagement. Participants learned the basics of crochet and gained hands-on experience by practicing different stitches and techniques during the workshop.

The activity provided students with an excellent opportunity to enhance their creative and technical skills while exploring the artistic possibilities of crochet in fashion and textile design.

At the conclusion of the workshop, a token of appreciation was presented to the trainer by HoD DTC, Dr. Muhammad Ayyoob Kamboh, in recognition of his valuable contribution and efforts in conducting the session successfully.
