The Quality Enhancement Cell of National Textile University, in collaboration with the School of Engineering & Technology, organized a comprehensive one-day training session on January 16, 2025. The training focused on the topic “The Role of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) in Enhancing Outcome-Based Education (OBE).” This session aimed to provide insights into OBE, a widely recognized pedagogical approach that aligns course content, teaching methods, and assessment strategies with well-defined learning outcomes.
The session was led by Dr. Muhammad Mohsin from the University of Engineering & Technology, who shared his expertise in implementing OBE effectively. His presentation highlighted the importance of continuous quality improvement in the context of OBE and offered practical strategies for enhancing educational outcomes.
Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Ali, Dean SET, gave closing remarks and expressed his appreciation for the learned insights shared by Dr. Mohsin and acknowledged the positive contribution of all participants. As a gesture of gratitude, Prof. Dr. Zulfiqar Ali presented Dr. Mohsin with a certificate of appreciation for delivering a valuable training session.
