Introduction

The Society of Interpersonal & Communication Skills aims at empowering the youth with the required skills. It focuses on the development of required interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, leadership, and interview skills to keep pace with this fast-changing life. This society arranges training sessions, events, extracurricular activities, and lectures to enhance the required skills of the students.

This society works on many key communication areas, such as body language, communication under pressure and workplace conflict. The objective is to gain confidence in handling conflicts, criticism, other challenging situations, and tend to build good relationships with others.

The society aims to provide well-groomed future leaders to the market.

Objectives

Development of interpersonal skills in the students allowing them to build healthy relationship with fellow mates and working in an effective way as a team
Developing leadership skills to achieve shared goals effectively
Enhancing creative skills such as use of infographics and visual aids to share creative ideas with audience.
Assistance in developing communication skills for building confidence, gaining trust and respect, and convincing the recruiter for the job.
