The Opening ceremony of the Intra-Departmental Sports  Department of Materials was held in the Cricket Ground of National Textile University on December 17, 2024. Dr. Khubaib Shakir (Assistant Professor & Chairman Department of Materials) inaugurated the event. Dr. Zubair  Kahliq (Associate Professor), Dr Wasif Razzaq (Assistant Professor), Dr.Asif Hafeez  (Assistant Professor), Dr.Faiza Anjum (Assistant Professor), Miss Iqra Abdul Rashid (Lecturer), Mr.Farooq Anwar (Office Assistant), Mr. Muzammil Mehmood (Lecturer and Sports Coordinator Department of Materials), Mr. Imran Ali Gill and Mr. Pervaiz Akhtar (Sports officers) were present at the inauguration event.
