The NTU-YDC Visual Arts Society, School of Art and Design at National Textile University, organised a film screening session in collaboration with the Faisalabad Film Society. The event, held on 3rd January 2025, showcased two thought-provoking films: "Cinderella" by Iranian filmmaker Mahdi Aghajani and "Ankel Bells" by Hamza Munir, a proud alumnus of NTU's School of Art and Design.
This film screening session aimed to provide a platform for emerging filmmakers to showcase their work. It was done to foster a culture of film appreciation and critical thinking among students and faculty. The event was graced by two esteemed chief guests: Mr. Ahsan Syed, a renowned creative head and CEO of BlueBox sol production house in Lahore, and Mr. Hassan, founder of the Faisalabad Film Society and a filmmaker himself. Their presence added valuable insights and inspiration to the attendees.
