Faisalabad, May 6, 2025 – The School of Science (Department of Computer Science) emerged victorious in the Inter-Departmental Table Tennis Championship 2025 at the National Textile University, Faisalabad. They defeated the Department of Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing), School of Engineering & Technology, in a thrilling final match with a score of 2-0 in sets.  
The final match was graced by Mr. Muzzamal Hussain, Director of the National Center for Composite Materials (NCCM), as the chief guest. He introduced both teams and commended their sportsmanship and competitive spirit. Dr. Danish Mahmood Baitab, Advisor to Students, served as the chief guest during the semi-final matches.  
The event was also attended by Sports Officers Imran Ali Gill and Sardar Parvez Akhtar, who praised the participants for their dedication and teamwork. The championship showcased exceptional talent and enthusiasm, further promoting a culture of sports at the university.
