The NTU PMYDC ‘s Character-Building Society (CBS) Faisalabad, successfully organized an enlightening "Workshop titled Workplace Ethics” on campus. The session aimed to promote ethical awareness, professionalism, and integrity among final-year students preparing to enter the corporate and industrial sectors.

The distinguished Guest Speaker for the event was Mr. Abdul Rahman, Assistant Manager HR & IR at Interloop Limited, who shared his valuable insights on the importance of workplace ethics, professional behavior, and moral conduct in achieving long-term success. He emphasized that ethical decision-making and integrity are the foundation of sustainable professional growth and organizational trust. The interactive session included real-life examples, discussions on ethical dilemmas, and guidance on maintaining professionalism in diverse workplace scenarios. The aim of strengthening students’ character and preparing them for ethical challenges in their future careers.
