The Society of Polymer Engineering organized an event, “Paint Industry in Pakistan and Beyond: Insights into the Paint Industry’s Growth, Sustainability, and Future Trends”, with Guest Speaker Mr. Ahsan Masood. He is the Regional Sales and Specifications Manager at Happilac Paints.

The session highlighted the current trends of the paint industry in Pakistan, covering market trends, technological innovations, industrial challenges, and export potential. Mr. Ahsan also emphasized the future direction of sustainable and eco-friendly coatings, the shift toward low-VOC and green technologies, and the critical role of polymer engineers in formulation development, performance enhancement, and industrial process optimization.
