National Textile University (NTU), Faisalabad, School of Arts and Design and NTUPM-YDC WING society together for a meaningful HEC initiative to raise awareness about breast cancer and promote women's health on Wednesday, 7th October 2026. 🎀 The event featured an insightful address by Mr. Umer Aftab, CEO of Pink Ribbon Pakistan, who spoke to students about the importance of breast cancer awareness, early detection, regular screening, and timely medical consultation. Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain, Dean, School of Arts & Design, National Textile University emphasized the need to break the stigma surrounding, encourage open conversations about women's health, and empower young people to spread awareness in their communities.

Ms Zunaira Saleem Focal Person NTU Pink-Ribbon organized the activity dedicatedly. 💗with the support of President Zain ul abid deen and Vice President Aleeza Shahid and Wings members President Nimra Tanveer, Vice President Saqiba , General Secretary Mariam Sabar, and Joint Secretary Hafsa Naveed. Their collective efforts, strong coordination, and dedicated teamwork played a vital role in making the event a resounding success.

Ms Nadia Shamim, Asst. Director Students Affairs, Dr Isma Hamid Convenor Wings, Ms. Tabbasum Latif Chairperson, Department of Textile & Fashion Design and faculty members were present to encourage hope, support, and work towards a healthier future for women. 💗
