Biography

Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad is Head of Library Department at National Textile University Faisalabad Pakistan. His main areas of research include Digitization of Library Resources; Marketing of Library Services; Service Quality; Users Satisfaction; Information Literacy and Knowledge Management.

He has the following research papers on his credit:

1. A Statistical Evaluation of Acquisitioning and Usage of Library Resources at National Textile University, Faisalabad.

2. Information Needs and Seeking Behavior: A Survey of National Textile University, Faisalabad. 

3. User Satisfaction with Library Resources and Services; A Survey of Colleges and Universities of Faisalabad.  

He has been awarded three strengthening and upgradation grants for NTU Library from the Higher Education Commission Pakistan.

Previously, he has served at various well reputed institutions in the field of Library & Information Science since the year of 2000.
