On the fourth day of Sustainability Week '24, the PMYDC-NTU Society for Sustainable Development Goals (SSDG) organized an Industrial Tour of Interloop Plant 2 on December 19, 2024, a leading name in sustainable manufacturing. Students had the opportunity to observe state-of-the-art industrial practices, including energy-efficient processes, waste management systems, and sustainable production techniques. The visit provided hands-on insights into how industries are incorporating the UN SDGs, particularly SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. This enriching experience inspired students to understand the importance of sustainability in industrial operations and fostered their interest in innovative, eco-friendly solutions.
