The NTU-PMYDC Entrepreneurship Society arranged an industrial visit to Matrix Sourcing in Lahore—a renowned textile sourcing and innovation firm- for students keen to explore current industry trends and practical business applications.

During the visit, Mr. Azfar Hassan, a key figure at Matrix Sourcing, shared valuable insights into the role of R&D in textiles and the significance of value addition in high-end textile products. He emphasized how innovation and sustainability are shaping the future of the textile industry, encouraging students to think beyond conventional manufacturing and explore premium product segments.  This visit provided students with first-hand exposure to industry practices and reinforced the importance of bridging the gap between academia and the corporate world.
